They are a good starter company, but not long term. At the end, client got taken away from me without an explanation. I was shocked by this as the young lady that schedules our shifts ALWAYS said “The family always ask for you first. They just Love you!.” I could not even get a text back. I know I did nothing wrong. I really enjoyed the company when it was in the hands of Sloane W. It is now ran by A&P Joint Ventures.

Monica Cardenas takes care of my MIL outstandingly. She is very caring and kind and is always in rapt attention to her needs. Relieves me of worrying about her . She’s hoping to make it to 100 only months away and with Monica’s care I have no doubt,

Care when we needed help. This review is long over due. I want to thank Sloane and her agency for being on point with helping me and my family through the past few years. My parents have been dealing with a range of health issues which have required Sloane's services be in place quickly. They are in TX and I am in VA. Sloane's response time has been phenomenal. It is great to know when I can't get to my parents quickly, Sloane can and has. She takes the time to match the right caregiver, listening to feedback and making adjustments accordingly. All with grace and compassion. I especially like the family portal for information on who is providing care, when they arrived/left and services performed. Being a distance away it is comforting to know my parents are in safe hands. If you are in need of a personal care agency that is professional, kind and caring look no further.

Right at Home was amazing. They were so helpful in our time of need. If there was anything we ever needed we had a direct line to the owner. Sloane and her team are incredible and we could not have been happier with the service they provided. They were always willing to help in every way and often times went above and beyond. With all honesty this company is a place I'd leave my loved ones care in their hands. I am not a customer but I know a employee of yours and you not only chaged her perspective but also her life in a postive way i want to say thank you for that. You helped her so much as you do with your customers care and it shows facts are facts and from all the research and reviews I definitely know you guys are the real deal. I will definitely be a customer later in life if need be. Recommend everyone your way for sure I have friends that need work.
