Buffalo Homecare is a great agency with caring aides and a supportive team. They are professional, responsive, and always make sure clients are well taken care of. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am fully wheelchair bound & rely on my caretakers & I have been left with no staff on my overnight shifts and morning shifts consistently. I haven’t even been with them that long & won’t be for much longer. For example last night was now the second time in the last 2 weeks my overnight caretaker called off & no one from the agency informed me therefore leaving me unable to get into bed, get dinner, use the bathroom, do ANYthing! Followed by this morning still no caretaker!! So now I still have to figure out what to do for myself today because NOPE - they do not send anyone to replace them!! They will leave you stranded and not care!!! And when I complain to them they DO NOT care & I finally when got nasty with them the scheduler is gunna say IM going overboard with my language… I’m not sorry that I got a little nasty after countless times of them leaving me physically unsafe due to their lack of communication and inability to staff my hours. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, unsafe, rude!!! DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I am disgusted. Yall should be embarrassed and ashamed - shouldn’t even be a company!! Yall literally putting peoples lives at risk leaving us without care!!!!

It is too bad you can not give no stars. They sent me a real beauty today. I have a few things on my table and asked her to dust them for me too. WHAT! You expect me to dust these things too? I have to move things off the table to clean it. I do not get on my knees to clean! She cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen in 2 hours! With a lot of pain to me, I dusted one hardwood floor to see the great job she did. OMG, I will attach a pic. My kitchen floor was dirty, I had to wash it 3 times because it was covered with soap etc. nothing was cleaned cleaned. She put her coat on, and I said there is still more to do. She said I am leaving and not coming back. Not only that, but she was B about it. She never talked about it first. They need to fire her and others that work there. One guy is always not in the office but answering the phone from his office, outside somewhere, shopping, and for all I know he is on the washroom too. No professionalism. I told them I would never use their service again. BTW I am not poor nor in the slums. She said my house looks clean already, BOY! She just wanted to be on her phone and not work. Just heads-up, do not hire them if you really need help.

Disrespectful and rude staff. I did not receive any help. I am honestly not even sure if this is a real company - please look elsewhere if you care about you or your loved ones' health.

As other reviews. Only 1 star because I had to put a star to make a review. I terminated this company the 2nd day of service. Our aid was hired the day before our service was to begin. There was no interview or verifying whatever " Documents " they had. Our Aid was to go in the office after she left our house to do an interview to " Make it look good " as well as complete her employment with this company. When she didn't show the following day and I received no call from the Aid or Buffalo Homecare I called. There is no HR department for this agency. There is much more negative however I will leave it at this. I do NOT recommend this company
