My family has had a wonderful experience with this home health company. Liz and Synetha have gone above and beyond in making sure my loved one gets the right aide. Liz is incredibly attentive and will come do a home visit if needed. Liz always brings warmth and kindness into every visit. Her positive attitude makes a real difference. Knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands gives us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend this company! Trust me you will not regret it!

I'm not even sure where to begin with my experience using Tender Care Home Health Services, but I want to try and help others just to give careful consideration to even contacting this establishment. There was a moment where my mother had gotten knee surgery, and had to stay off her feet for an extended period of time. I was recommended Tender Care by her doctor, and told to reach out to an employee who shall remain nameless (I'll refer to her as Ms. M). Ms. M is the facilitator of the nurses to my understanding, so it made logical sense that I'd speak to her just so I could make sure my mother had proper and genuine care given to her. The way Ms. M was so nonchalant and disrespectful in her approach to communicating and relaying information to me and my family, was downright reprehensible. She spoke about staffing a nurse for my mother as if she was having to find someone to watch over a rambunctious or immature child. She never spoke of, or even treated my mother as a grown aging woman dealing with a major medical situation. Thankfully my mother healed fine and we no longer had to rely on Tender Care's amenities, but the best part was no longer having to communicate with such a nasty individual. Maybe my experience was a one off, maybe there's better suited staff at this facility that are far more compassionate and even loving in their approach to helping ones, but I can say with confidence that Ms. M is not one of them.

My experience with Tender Care Home Health has been Amazing! The office staff is a pleasure to work with and the Personal Care Aides have all been well trained, hard working, and dependable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing care.
