I’m very grateful for the staff at JourneyCare and taking care of my dad at their inpatient unit. Their immediate attention and warmth made a really big difference in such a difficult situation. David in particular really touched me with his kindness, sympathetic nature, genuine care, guidance, and understanding. He helped my dad and I feel that he also helped my mom and me during this with his compassion. If you’re considering inpatient hospice, I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to the dedicated team ❤️

Journey care Nurses and PCT’s (even the social worker) were top notch in caring for my mom, I wish I could remember all of their names. We never felt out of the loop, they kept us well informed. When I tell you these women worked hard round the clock, they repositioned her, bathed her and made sure she was comfortable at all times. I am so grateful to have had them to help my family get through this transition.

My son had Journey care people show me how much they care for their patience. My son has bone cancer. It was willing to help me and comfort my son. There are many places in Chicago that you would not want to take your loved ones too, and I have search places, but this place is clean, no smell together as a team and I really appreciate how much they showed me. Yes the building is old clean old is good because they showed me no matter what condition it may look, but I hope that they can be better people like my son to help them along the way and comforting family like myself thank you for your help. Your team showing your concern is the most important thing and meeting my son needs. I wish you guys the best building cause there’s not many places that I will take my loved ones. I feel right at home will help with journey care around the clock. Thank you.

I would like to thank them so much. The nurse sharita was so nice to .My dad gave us advice. What ever they needed. A nurse came to my house around my house at 3am. To attend my dad. Best service is excellent

My mom had Brain Cancer and was referred to Journey Hospice Care at home. We can’t thank them enough for the all the attention, care and support they gave my mom and us. The nurse Mr. Sameer was the best up to our final moment. Karys the cna took good care also of my mom. Thank you from our hearts. God bless you!!!
