Manor Hospice
Manor Hospice is a Medicare-certified hospice provider serving Rancho Cucamonga, California and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified hospice provides comfort care and support services to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Hospice care focuses on quality of life rather than curative treatment.
Hospice care is available to patients whose physician certifies they have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Patients may receive hospice care at home, in a hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital.
Medicare-certified hospices must provide all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous home care for periods of crisis, general inpatient care for symptom management, and inpatient respite care to give caregivers a break. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.
Medicare covers hospice services with no cost to patients for most services, including medications for symptom control, medical equipment, and 24-hour access to care. For more information about hospice benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare hospice providers at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality data and provider information are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

Families commend the attentive staff, including nurses for their unwavering support and personalized care plans. The center's commitment to holistic well-being ensures a peaceful and respectful environment for both patients and their loved ones
Thankful for the hospice care team, they were able to provide the comfort, care, and dignity our loved one deserved, and compassionate support for our family. They communicate very well with the family and go above and beyond for service to their patient. If your family is in the unfortunate situation of needing Hospice care, I highly recommend Manor Hospice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Awesome staff, very compassionate and understanding. They listened to our needs and provided excellent care. They treated our loved one with respect and ensured comfort even during the most challenging moments.
When your loved one is in need of Hospice and this company is mentioned RUN THE OTHER WAY! Just because your loved one is in this stage of life, does not mean you are ready to let this company kill them. With a doctor they removed medication that heavily affected my moms health. Put her in a bed that was broken, and lied a number of times about a transport they were supposed to supply leaving mom stranded for hours. Yesterday we informed them the family is changing to a local hospice company due to their errors and time things took due to them being located in LA area and not San Diego. This morning the nurse showed up and took all of my moms prescriptions including ones we supplied through her VA. They took body pain creams, dry skin creams, diapers, pads, gloves, wipes EVERYTHING! Leaving the new hospice to scramble to get her everything. This is unheard-of in the industry and even with Medicare after talking to the. Patrick and Philip did nothing to help. Their actions show the type of company they are. Received a call from the manager and instead of apologizing, she quickly started accusing the other hospice of corruption and stealing their customer. I informed her of all the mistakes they have done, I called the new hospice and she has been under their care for the last 2 months until today. She said she was informed the new hospice UniCare had been treating mom since the Wednesday before. It was them. She had no idea what had been going on. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! They would get negative stars if you could.
