The love and care of the nurses was exceptional. Mom truly loved the visits. Her transition was handled with the greatest of respect and comfort. The communication was accessible. It truly made her last days better for her and me.

Mrs Vickie was very thorough with explaining & gently guiding us through this process. I was a little nervous about a slight change in staff but the change was smooth & entire team was fenomenal. Southern Comfort team started there care for my Dad, we experienced love from a stranger that's unspeakable. The communication with them was never a guessing game, very detailed on every phase that my dad had experienced. Vickie and team with Southern Comfort Hospice took excellent care of my mother, through her end stage battle with cancer. She also took excellent care of our whole family as we were struggling to say goodbye to our beloved Mom, Grandma, and GG. Vickie is professional and excellent at what she does. She has all the knowledge needed medically, but also such kindness, warmth, and charm. My mother adored her, which was most important, but my siblings and I adore her too. We benefited from having a kind and skilled guide in helping our family navigate a difficult time. We were absolutely blessed to have found Southern Comfort Hospice to care for our mother the last year of her life. Without their compassion and expertise, our wonderful mother would have been suffering. We had excellent care, professional advice and truly a staff that cared and loved what they do. When a large group turned her down due to not being hospitalized, all because we were killing ourselves trying to care for her and meet her needs, so she did not have to be hospitalized, Vickie the owner and her nursing staff, actually spent time with Mom to evaluate her needs. They realized what other doctors did not, and stepped in and got her the care she needed. We will forever be grateful that with their knowledge, care and compassion, Mom was able to stay with us until the end. Their excellent care added months to her life. Months we will forever be thankful. They were there to help guide us through the entire process, they listened, they advised, they followed up.
