Caregiver Job Description
Job Summary:
Young at Heart Home Care is seeking a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional care to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect in the comfort of their homes.
Duties:
∙Implement clients’ daily care plans.
∙Provide professional and compassionate care.
∙Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
∙Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
∙Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:

∙Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
∙Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∙Willingness to work flexible hours.
∙Ability to follow care plans and adapt to client needs.
∙Reliable transportation.
∙MUST BE A CNA, LPN, or RN
∙At least a High School Diploma.
∙Level 2 Background Check.
∙Authorization to work in the US (if applicable).
∙Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
∙TB test (PPD or chest X-ray) results (we can help arrange).
∙Evidence of CPR certification (we can help arrange).
Results:
∙Complete and document all assigned tasks for each client.
∙Report any abnormal signs from clients.
∙Report any instances of abuse.
∙Attend all staff meetings.
∙Provide care in a nurturing and respectful manner.
∙Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
∙Promptly report and document all incidents.
∙Maintain good attendance.
∙Ensure client safety.
