Seeking FT Live in or Companion Aide(s)

Actively seeking candidates who will become the main caregiver or provide respite for main caregiver, offer encourangement, assist with documentation, and perform light housekeeping tasks. Duties include but are not limited to: Mental health counseling Daily documentation - progress notes, service notes, daily acitivity verification, client informatin, weekly form submission Transporting clients to appointments Follow up appointments as related to any hospitalizations or referrals by providers Upload Physician orders Upload discharge paperwork Assist with recreational activities Dishwashing Laundry and ironing Mopping and vacuuming Changing bedding Meal preparation Grocery shopping Communication of daily tasks Complete medicaiton audits Check and respond to all emails Perform miscellaneous errands
