Caregiver Job Description
New hire bonus! Get $250 when you complete your first 40 hours.
Most of our patients require hands-on assistance with hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, and transferring in and out of bed. You will also need to know how to support a person’s mobility when they’re using a walker or cane. Other responsibilities may include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
This is an immediate need. Full-time employees earn Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, and are eligible to join our group health plan.

Who You Are
- Be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
- Be available to work at least four days each week.
- Have at least two full years’ experience as a caregiver or home health aide (NOTE: caring for your own aging parent or grandparent DOES NOT count as professional experience.)
- Have a valid driver license and drive your own car.
- Provide professional references from people who know your history and can vouch for your professionalism.
- Have completed some training or coursework in health services or healthcare.
- Show compassion for elderly people, their families, and their health.
