Home Helpers provides in-home care and home health care services for seniors, new moms, working parents, those recuperating from illness or injury, and those who need continued care for lifelong challenges. Shifts available: Morning and Evening Shifts in Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and Ventura Job Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders. May also assist with light housekeeping, food preparation, and transportation to errands and appointments. Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client’s medical and emotional condition. Document and report any changes in the client’s health status. Ensure the highest client safety and well-being.
