Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Provide total nursing care to the residents
*Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of licensed nurse
*Ensure continuity and consistency in resident care
*Keep medication room stocked, cleaned, and well organized
*Follow established routines and instructions
*Maintain a basic understanding of infection control protocols
*Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions
Requirements:
*Current Oklahoma MAT certification
*High School diploma or equivalent
*Ability to follow instructions and established routines
*Basic understanding of infection control protocols
*Customer service -oriented attitude
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
