Caregiver Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License, proof of auto insurance and access to reliable vehicle
Must be willing to travel and accept assignments in Shasta County
Must be able to pass a Live Scan Criminal Background Check
Provide a negative TB Test
1 year clinical experience
BSL and Certifications
Shasta Family Health Care Services seeks strong, independent, and compliance-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care in patients' homes.
CNA's deliver personalized services following company policies and each patient's individualized plan of care. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, preparing nutritious meals, and performing light housekeeping to support patient well-being.
Applicants must demonstrate thoughtfulness, responsibility, independence, and genuine compassion. Aides work under the direct supervision of the agency RN Case Managers and agency administrator, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Shasta Family Health Care Services is a new home health agency located in Anderson, California. Patient are served in Shasta County.
Job Types: Per Diem (as needed) minimum assignments are 2 hours per patient. Hourly is determined by Home Health Experience, if any.
