Hours: 7AM-3PM
Status: PART TIME: 24 hours per week including every other weekend
Position Start Date: MAY 17, 2022
Description:
• Provide the resident’s of the facility with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established procedures and as may be directed.
• Ability to identify special resident problems and report them immediately to the Charge Nurse.
• Ability to document in the nursing assistant’s notes the care and treatment provided to the resident and the resident’s response to care provided.
Requirements:
• Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Previous Experience in a long-Term Care facility Preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to speak read and write English.
• Compliance with applicable health laws and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
• Special talents, such as crafts or ability to play a musical instrument preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to speak read and write English.
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
• Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
• Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthesis that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
• Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
• Must be able to lift and move residents, equipment, supplies, etc. in excess of fifty (50) pounds.
