We have been servicing the Santa Clara County for over 35 years! Most of our clients are in the San Jose, Campbell and Saratoga areas. Our goal is to help our clients live comfortably at home. Job Description:
-Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities
-Monitor and report changes in client's health status
-Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia supervision, etc.
-Drive clients/errands
-Be on call as a Caregiver.
-Be able to do full transfers, stand by assist, safety supervision
