Our extraordinary team is growing! Carriage Crossing in Champaign is currently seeking exceptional individuals to fill a Certified Nursing Assistant position. We take pride in providing our residents with quality care, sensitivity, and kindness while respecting their independence. We are hiring for all shifts in our community! Duties for a caregiver would include; bathing, grooming, resident transfers, toileting, hygiene, taking vital signs, medication reminders, etc. This person would actively provide hands-on care and document daily resident care, condition, and progress to report and discuss observations with the Wellness Nurse. A strong desire to help others and compassion toward the elderly is a must. This job requires a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience as well as a CNA certification is preferred. A full criminal background check with fingerprinting, physical, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory. Alzheimer's and Dementia training is preferred, but not required.
