In this role, you will provide care services to residents while maintaining their safety and comfort. Additional responsibilities include: · Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) · Supporting Residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being · Helping out as needed in the Resident Services area to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our Residents · Follow all policies and procedures, adhering to instructions of Administrator Qualifications: · Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients a plus · Must be able to speak and read in English · Experience with dementia and senior population · An abiding love of seniors is mandatory · Extremely reliable, dependable, and observant · Ability to work one weekend day per week
