New patient Evaluator is needed!

Live Star Home Care is looking for a C New patient Evaluator professional who has at least 2 years of experience working with seniors with a CNA license or higher in healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 of experience working with elderly patients. The individual will need to go and meet the clients and do assessments to determine services they need before the company can start services with them. The schedule is flexible and pay rate is $ 30 and $40 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours per visit. The candidate may have multiple visits per day but each visit will be paid for the entire 4 hours, whether or not the visit last for all four hours.
