We are looking for a reliable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for weekend visits. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to build a career and make a lasting, meaningful impact on people's lives. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Home Health(preferred but not required). Active Colorado CNA license (required). Must be CPR Certified (required). Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License. Able to work in our servicing areas. CNA will provide services that are ordered in the plan of care and perform assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN). Report changes in the patient's condition. Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Responsibilities: Assist in providing basic care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Medication reminders. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain patient records and document care provided. Observe patient's conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation.
