Do you possess the following? • A valid State Test Nursing Assistant License in Ohio? • LTC experience? • Strong computer skills? • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills? • Positive and caring attitude? Responsibilities: • STNA works under the direction of licensed nursing personnel to provide quality resident care in accordance with applicable regulations • Ensures that residents’ personal care needs are being met promptly • Ensure all call lights are in reach and answers call lights promptly • Provide direct resident care in accordance with treatment plans, as directed by the Nursing Supervisor/Nurse Manager • Establishes and maintains good public relations with residents, families and other center guests and show empathy toward residents Qualifications: • Currently Licensed as State Tested Nurse Assistant in Ohio • STNA experience would be excellent but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer excellent wages along with full benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, 401(k), referral bonuses!
