JOB DESCRIPTION: CNA/Caregiver to work in a Personal Care Home We’re seeking amazing, friendly, and cheerful certified nursing assistants to provide personal care and companion/sitter services to clients as an alternative to institutional care. Do you find helping others intrinsically rewarding, connect with patients by providing compassionate care? Less stressful environment as we operates as a team, we are in a small setting, maximum of six (6) clients in the personal care home. • Provide hands-on care for clients • Be able to work independently • Initiate good judgment and use discretion. • Handle meal preparation. • Provide companionship and social interaction. • Handle groceries and errands when appropriate. • Assist with transportation (doctor’s appointments, errands, etc.… if needed) • Assist with feeding. • Assist with bathing. • Housekeeping duties (cleaning client’s room and maintain common area) • Manage and administer medication. • Take clients’ vitals and give daily reports.
