We offer the most competitive rates and many incentives and bonus opportunities. What you will be doing: One You Love Homecare (OYLH) caregivers improve the quality of life for our clients. Employees have a minimum of one-year experience care giving, excellent communication skills, personal care experience with seniors and a heart for working with seniors. The main function of the caregiver is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, professional environment under the direction and guidance of the skilled (RN) staff at OYLH. Caregivers will follow the client’s personalized plan of care, reporting all changes or concerns directly to the agency. A Caregiver with a state license Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) will assist with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, bed bound care and assistance with safe mobility of the client per the plan of care. Both CNA and Caregivers will assist in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) consisting of, but not limited to, meal preparation, medication reminders, maintaining a safe and clean environment and the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental well-being.
