Physical Care: Bathing & Personal Hygiene Dressing Assistance Meal & Feeding Support Wheelchair Transfer Assist client with daily living and provision of fun, safe and engaging activities to ensure that their days are happy and fulfilling. Provide dignified care to client. Help coordinate enjoyable activities for client, including game nights, concerts, movies, card tournaments, exercise classes and makeover sessions. Prepare and submit clients progress notes. Ensured complete documentation in EMR system and immediately alert Agency Manager of changes in client's condition.
