CNA / HHA position for in-home personal care

The Job Description outlines your primary responsibilities as a caregiver. This description is not meant to be an exhaustive list of services as the exact duties to be performed for each assignment will vary. Prior to beginning a new assignment December Rose Senior Care will provide you with background information about your client and review any special needs of the client.  Assist with walking and light exercise  Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care  Plan & prepare meals followed by clean up  Make beds and change bed linens  Light housekeeping to include dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry  Help to organize and remove clutter with permission of client  Run errands such as getting groceries or going to doctor appointments  In sleep-over situations: o Assist client to and from bed o Assist client throughout the night o Prepare morning meals and cleanup  Document activities in the App  Report any significant client changes to the office immediately Qualifications  Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect  Ability to drive or use public transportation to get to work  Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations December Rose Senior Care is a family owned agency that values our CNAs as much as our clients!
