Our team, led by a registered nurse, offers 24-hour supervision and assistance with daily living activities in a comfortable residential setting. Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis with variable shifts. This role involves providing hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily activities, and fostering a safe and engaging environment. There is also potential for a live-in caregiver opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: -Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. -Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment as needed. -Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met. - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and facility protocols. - Accompany residents on outdoor excursions, walks, and appointments, promoting engagement and well-being. -Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. - Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light housekeeping duties. - Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or care team. Qualifications & Requirements: -Previous experience as a nursing assistant, caregiver, or similar role preferred. -CNA certification (preferred but not required). -Ability to assist with safe transfers and mobility support. -Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care. -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. -Willingness to consider a live-in caregiver role, if applicable.
