Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence.
Measure and accurately record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate as directed by nursing staff.
Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse promptly.
Assist with patient mobility, including transferring, turning, and repositioning residents to ensure comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed, while carefully monitoring and documenting food and fluid intake.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including changing bed linens and tidying rooms.
