Home Health Care CNA

RCS is currently seeking a part time CNA willing to travel within NWI. Responsibilities include providing your assigned clients with personal care services in accordance with their plan of care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Job functions include: measuring vital signs and recording documentation within a timely manner, interdisciplinary communication, and client assistance with activities of daily living.
