We are currently looking for caring, kind, dependable and personable individuals who desire to provide non-medical in home care to seniors.Immediate opportunities for day shift (M-F and weekend shifts) Tasks include: To provide professional care giving services and to help clients maintain their independence and to assist them with household and family support services. Primary Responsibilities Companionship & conversation Light Housekeeping Household management Errands Meal planning & preparation Laundry & linen changing Medication reminders Qualifications Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect. Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level. Valid driver’s license with no serious driving violations with reliable transportation to get to and from assignments. Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations. Pass a criminal background check prior to starting care with a client. Pass a 10-panel drug screening prior to employment with Senior Helpers. Pass a pre-employment health assessment and two-step TB test.
