REGISTERED NURSE, FULL TIME 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Reformed Church Home is a 5-Star Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Home located in Old Bridge, New Jersey. We are actively seeking Full time Registered Nurses. All shifts are available. Phone calls and walk-ins are welcomed! The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work every other weekend, some holidays and possible occasional overtime. Must possess active NJ RN License. New Grads are encouraged to apply as we will provide extensive training. Responsibilities and Duties Under the direction of the Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse / RN, is responsible for providing residents of the facility with optimal care. The Registered Nurse / RN will be expected to: Organize and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants rendering resident centered care with the concept of 24-hour continuity as a goal. Administers medication and treatment to residents and provides input to the Unit Managers, Supervisor or physician with regards to therapeutic value of each. Transcribes, documents and implements physician’s orders. Document appropriate happenings in all designated areas (nursing notes, incident reports, care plans, 24-hour report) so all shifts and disciplines will have information pertinent to those residents. RN assists and assures completion of admissions, discharges, etc. in conjunction with the Unit Manager and/or supervisors. RN Performs skilled nursing procedures as required. RN supervises staff regarding sanitation, infection control and working order of equipment and reports discrepancy.
