Linda Mar Rehabilitation is a five-star rated, post-acute rehab center that provides post-acute nursing care, advanced wound treatment, and acute-level rehabilitation therapy. As a full-service, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, Linda Mar Rehabilitation devotes time and effort to offering superior care for individuals in need. We are currently looking for honest, dependable, hard-working, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants ("CNA") to join our direct care team. We currently have multiple openings, including full-time, part-time, and on-call for all shifts. Position Responsibilities (may include but not limited to)for Certified Nursing Assistants: • Give direct care to residents as assigned. • Answer resident call lights promptly and assist team members as needed. • Make basic observations in relation to resident's needs and/or situations and report facts appropriately to the Charge Nurse. • Perform other related duties as assigned and which are appropriate to educational/experiential background. Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant: • Current California CNA certificate Benefits of Working for Linda Mar Rehabilitation: • Competitive pay rate, starting at $20 per hour based on experience w/ shift differential. • Annual Increase based on performance. • Cigna / Kaiser Permanente health benefits. • Vacation (PTO) pay. • Sick pay and Holiday pay (2x).
