Certified Hospice Aide

The hospice aide is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group. who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and preforms various services for a patient as necessary to meets the patients personal needs and to promote comfort. The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care preformed. Candidate will be required to complete five to seven patient visits in their personal home setting or nursing home setting in an average workday. * At least 18 years of age. * Successfully completed an certified nursing assistant course. * Have worked as a CNA in the past 18 months. * Current drivers license with reliable transportation and current automobile insurance. * Must complete a drug screen, pre employment physical and background check.
