CNA or DDNA; also willing to train the right people

Nursing Assistants and/or CNA'S/or Student Nurses needed for medically fragile quadriplegic developmentally disabled young adults. Small 6-bed facilities in Paradise, great nursing experience, competitive wages, wonderful work environment in a home-like setting. Some medical background preferred. Will train the right individuals! We have 6 clients in each facility, so our staff have plenty of time to enjoy doing their job, while providing Our clients require full and complete physical care; bathing, dressing, oral care, gastrostomy site care, catheter care, brief changing. There are other nursing skills you will be trained to do such as administering medications, gastrostomy tube feedings, suctioning, and breathing treatments. We have active programs created by physical and occupational therapist our staff are trained to implement. This does require two-person lifting, so applicants must be healthy and injury free. Various forms of documentation/charting is done daily. CPR/1st aide, TB test required but can be done once hired. Must be clean of all drugs, including THC.
