Palmeira Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for Per Diem to provide high-quality care in the comfort of their patients homes.

Area Coverage: Maricopa County
As a PER DIEM Palmeira Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you can expect:
- A CNA per visit rate of $25.00 (we offer per visit rate for per diems not hourly)
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile
- New Hire training for 1-3 days

Requirements:
- At least 1 year active or recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferably in Home Health
- Possess a Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification/license (CNA/LNA) in the State of Arizona
- Possess a Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization Records: Tdap, Varicella, HepB, and MMR
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others:
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence.
- Have at least 3 days of availability to do the visits
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
- With Home Health Care experience preferred.
