Job description Poway Healthcare Center is a Rated 99 bed skilled nursing facility; serving both short term rehab patients and long term residents. We are looking for CNAs dedicated to providing each patient/resident with daily nursing care service in accordance to their assessment plan. Requirements: Maintain a valid CA CNA # in good standing; and commitment to always doing the right thing. Some of the duties include: proper lifting, moving, turning and positioning of resident; treating all residents fairly with kindness, dignity and respect; being courteous to residents, families and employees. Answering call lights promptly. Making rounds with oncoming personnel. Following infection control policies, along with other facility regulated requirements.
