Title: Caregiver - Non-Medical Home Care Agency Location: Seaside/Salinas, CA We are a leading non-medical home care agency seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in the Seaside/Salinas area. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring that their daily living needs are met with compassion and professionalism. We offer a starting pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed Plan and prepare meals for clients, following any dietary restrictions or preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation Communicate with clients and their families to ensure that their care needs are being met Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or HHA certification preferred At least 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting Compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the qualifications and experience we are looking for, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
