Job Description:
A Gentle Touch Home Care is a non-medical personal care agency striving to provide personalized and quality care to all of our patients.
Based on your availability, you will be assigned to assist some of our clients in their homes with personal cares. You will be given a care plan and a list of duties to perform for each of the individuals. These duties may include:
- Skin care maintenance
- Range of motion (ROM) and muscle strengthening exercise to maintain optimal level of functioning
- Assist with toileting
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and other personal hygiene necessities
- Turning and positioning of the client
- Dressing and undressing the client
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
