Seasons Healthcare in Trimont, MN is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to fill our nursing assistant openings. We have Full-time and Part-Time positions available. Not Certified- No Problem we will help with that. All positions include block schedules, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Requirements and duties:
*Provide quality, direct resident care in all activities of daily living: grooming, bathing, toileting, assistance with meals, dressing, transferring, walking and positioning.
*Provide individualized physical, psychological and social support to residents while maintaining dignity and achieving their optimal level of functioning.
*Interact with family, visitor's and other health care providers while implementing the plan of care for residents.
*Provide and deliver resident care reflecting our Core Values of: Dignity, Professionalism, Passion, Humor and Integrity.
