Weekend Baylor and Weekday CNAs

Job description Currently hiring for Baylor CNAs and weekday CNAs Weekend Shifts (12 hours) Weekday 2nd Weekday 3rd The GrayBrier is looking to add quality Nurse Aides to our team to provide care for our residents. We currently have full-time and PRN Nurse Aide openings for our weekday (8-hour) and weekend (12-hour) shifts. We recently changed our pay scale to add Baylor for our weekend CNAs. Full-time weekend CNAs must pick up a shift during the week. Staff that commit to full-time receive 6 hours gifted for every 12 hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. Staff that work some weekends or pick up weekends, but do not commit to full-time Baylor will qualify for $5 and $5.75 shift difference for A-P/P-A shifts. New hires are offered a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3, 6, and 12 months (full time only). Full-time CNAs are eligible for benefits including: PTO, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, and payroll deducted IRA, life insurance, and short-term disability insurances. Applicant Requirements Must have current NC NA-1 Licensure. Great attitude and strong work ethic. Some experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants should have a clean criminal history and drug screening is required.
