You work together with the supervising nurse to ensure that all medical needs are properly met. Your attention to detail and accuracy helps ensure the highest quality care for our patients and residents. You also participate in care conferences as requested by the nurse. You are vigilant about reporting any changes in the condition of your patients and residents to the nurse. Under the nurse's direction, you and the other staff cooperate to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of the residents and staff. In healthcare, it could be said that CNA's are the front-line staff. To many, you are the face of our company! Qualifications * Current registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry * Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
