We proudly serve Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard Counties and are seeking caring, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Job type: This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position.
Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides non-skilled, hands-on personal care and support to clients in their homes. Under the direction of an individualized care plan, team members promote safety, dignity, comfort, and independence while providing compassionate and dependable care.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide toileting and incontinence care.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Daily Living Support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean environment.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
Health & Safety
Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
Observe and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.
Monitor and document basic vital signs when appropriate and within scope of practice.
Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:
Active Florida CNA license
Active CPR certification
Level 2 background screening
Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
