Home Care Aide (HCA) Vitale Nursing, Inc. – Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades Vitale Nursing, Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our private duty team. HCAs provide non-medical, supportive services that enhance the comfort, dignity, and safety of patients in their homes and recovery settings. Position Overview As a Home Care Aide, you will: Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Provide personal care and companionship in private residences or hotel recovery suites Support with light meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration reminders Perform non-medical medication reminders only (no administration) Assist with household tasks related to patient care (tidying patient’s area, laundry, etc.) Provide safety supervision, fall prevention, and mobility assistance Report patient observations and changes in condition to the supervising RN, LVN, or CNA Document daily care provided according to Vitale Nursing, Inc. policy Preferred Experience Prior caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or assisted living) Experience with post-operative recovery support Familiarity with dementia/Alzheimer’s care and fall prevention Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate care style Minimum Requirements Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Current CPR/BLS Certification Reliable transportation Professional, punctual, and trustworthy demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Three professional references Successful completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour Employment Types: Full-time & Part-time available Shifts: Day and Night shifts Schedule: Monday–Sunday, with weekend opportunities as needed Full-Time Employee Benefits Only: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid ongoing training and professional development Referral bonuses and performance incentives Required Documentation Active HCA registration (California) Two forms of identification (Driver’s License/Passport and Social Security card) Signed employee agreement (provided during hiring) Completed application (provided during hiring) Physical exam and TB test (within 1 year) Current CPR/BLS certification Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster (or plan to obtain) Why Work With Vitale Nursing, Inc.?
