Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility)
• Prepare and serve meals according to residents' care plans
• Administer or assist with medications as delegated
• Monitor residents' health and promptly report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Perform housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Qualifications:
• Active or pending HCA or CNA certification (experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
. SSN or Work Permit
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass the required background check and meet Washington State caregiver requirements
