Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Hired Hands Homecare Sonoma is actively hiring experienced, kind, and reliable caregivers caregivers to work 1 on 1 with a our clients throughout Sonoma County.
We are seeking Highly Skilled caregivers for Days, Nights, Week -Days AND Week-Ends: 4 to 24 hours shifts available.
These shifts require Caregivers with strong Dementia/Alz. experience, Transfers, Fall Risk, Hoyer Lift, and PCA experience.

We offer $22-$24 hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) and full-time or part-time caregiving positions throughout Sonoma County and the surrounding areas!

Typical Job Responsibilities:
Companionship ~ Light Housekeeping ~ Meal Preparation
Medication Reminders ~ Running Errands ~ Transportation to Appointments
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living ~ Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care
Requirements:
*Ability to pass a background check for HCA Registry
*Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Registration is highly preferred
*Negative TB test and/or Chest X-Ray
*Legal Authorization to work in the US
