We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Providing Professional Care Isn’t Easy, but We Set the Standard. - Provide care and support to individuals with various needs, including childcare, working with people with autism, hospice care, patient care, and assisting those with developmental disabilities. - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - monitor vital signs as needed. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. - Lift and transfer clients as necessary. Skills: - Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices. - Ability to work with individuals of all ages and abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient nature. - Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You have experience with: Alzheimers and dementia - redirect clients Encourage bathing /shower assistance Dressing Toileting assist/Incontinence care (diapers, briefs, etc.) Meal prep and light housekeeping Companionship and supervision for health and safety Requirements: Home care aid registry # (HCA), TB test, Covid vaccine and booster, reliable transportation, min. 1 year experience.
