Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Hello -
If you have verifiable employment in home care in a facility or with an agency where you have experience with personal care, bathing, toileting and safely transferring, please visit our office this week between 9AM and 4:30PM.
(Sorry, our policy is that private care for family or others cannot be considered).
You’ll ll fill out a complete application, let us know what hours you are available and have a brief interview with our director.
YOU CAN CHOOSE DAYS OR EVENINGS AND WHICH DAYS OF THE WEEK YOU ARE AVAILABLE.
FLAT RATE PAY
12 hr flat rate is $135 per shift
Two hour"Angel Visit"' shifts (Personal Care only) are $14 or $15 per hour - $28-$30 per shift
Live-in when available is $200 per 24 hours (with sleep) limited to three days.
There is no probationary period for these flat rates, 12 hr shifts, Two hour "Angel Visits" and Live-in are paid at full pay rates with first payroll.
HOURLY PAY
Hourly pay start ranges from $11 or $11.25 (probationary period, CNA or not, etc.) and with raises up to $13.00
