You will be responsible for assisting clients of Delta Homecare in their homes. These job duties may include: -Driving/escorting them to doctor's appointments or to the grocery store. -Other required duties are based on the Plan of Care for each individual client. -Preparing meals -Assisting the patient to the restroom(bathing, dressing, etc) -Light household cleaning for the patient's home -Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and office staff Must Have: At least 2 years experience with Long-term care! Ability to work flexible hours. THIS INCLUDES weekends! Reliable transportation for travel between client's homes.
