REQUIREMENTS: Interested candidates or person should be very great caregiver, and compassionate to take care of clients at their homes.
No home Aides 's certification. No License is Required, you will be trained. A certified Home Aides is acceptable and certified Nurse Assistance.
18 year old and above
Able to drive at least 20-30 minutes
Must have valid Diver License/ Car Insurance
Long distance assignments with Bonus, Gas card on Monthly bases.
Referral and sign-on Bonus for commitment staff.

1. Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Reports to: Manager of People-Shepherd Home Care LLC.
Job Summary
This position helps the client in activities of daily living to maintain the client in their home.
NOTE: People-Shepherd Home Care LLC. Shall provide assistance care only
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Timely and accurate completion of services plan forms
2.Adhere to the Health insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) privacy policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and all information pertaining to clients, families, and employees.
3.Maintain positive working relationships with client’s families, People-Shepherd Home Care LLC, community providers and referral sources.
4.always Maintain a professional appearance. Clean clothes free from bad odors (scrubs preferred) no tank tops, halter tops, clothing with negative/derogatory language, or shorts. Must wear closed toed shoes.
Services and Procedures
1. Assist with Toileting
2. Promotion of skin integrity/prevention of skin breakdown. Encourage or assist with position changes after prolong sitting, as needed. Assist with skin care to maintain the health of the skin
3. Transfers and ambulation
4. Bathing, grooming and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene
5. Assistance with medication through verbal reminder and prompts only.
6. Assistance with application and maintenance of prosthetic and orthotics
7. Dressing and underdressing of the client(s)
8. Assistance with eating, meal preparation and grocery shopping
9. Accompanied to the medical appointments as needed
10. Assisting, monitoring observation that are integral part of a personal care plan in the above items
11. Redirection and intervention for behavior, including observation and monitoring
12. Redirection, monitoring and observation that are integral part of a personal care plan in the above items
13. Incidental household services that are an integral part of a personal care plan in the above items
14. Appropriate reporting of changes in client status
