Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA Registered Only) – Immediate Hiring  Full-time / Part-time Pay: $20–$21 per hour We are hiring compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to support clients with daily living activities. We are especially looking for caregivers with experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. ⭐ Immediate openings – Start ASAP ⭐ Flexible schedules available ⭐$100 Retention Bonus after 90 days of active employment Responsibilities Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meals and light housekeeping Assist with mobility and transfers Monitor and report changes in client condition Support clients with disabilities, including behavioral support when needed Requirements Experience in caregiving required Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is strongly preferred Male caregivers preferred for certain client assignments Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication skills Ability to assist clients physically (lifting/transfers) Must be able to use a mobile app (clock-in/out & care notes) Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license to ensure reliable transportation to clients’ homes Must pass a background check Must pass a TB test What We Offer ✔ Flexible schedule ✔ Paid sick time ✔ Referral bonus ✔ Supportive team environment ✔Health plan ✔401K Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: In person
