Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team and support a young male with current developmental, behavioral, and communication deficits. The ideal candidate must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care in a home setting.
Requirements:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (75-hour training required)
All in-service/continuing education up to date
Current CPR certification
Ability to follow care plans and provide personal support services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care and support
Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition
Maintain a safe and clean environment
