ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:   Job Duties/Responsibilities: Assistance with personal care and hygiene Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication Reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship to clients Ability to follow care-plan Documentation/Charting   QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have HCA (Registered with Home Care Aide) If CNA/HHA then must have proof of certification Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience required Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray  Covid- 19 Fully Vaccinated Access to mobile phone Ability to travel within the East Bay       ​
