Caregivers needed to give In Home Care & Assistance with Right at Home

In addition to the hourly pay, our caregivers can earn up to $80 or more BONUS each week based on how many hours per week they work. Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person can be a rewarding experience. Right at Home is currently looking for reliable, caring, compassionate, and mature caregivers who are sincerely interested in improving the lives of those we serve! The ideal candidate should have experience or desire to be a caregiver, strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and organizational skills. Responsibilities may include: 1. Assistance with personal care services to include: • Bathing • Dressing • Grooming • Toileting • Transferring • Feeding. 2. Other responsibilities can include: • Light housekeeping • Meal preparation • Medication reminders • Companionship • Shopping & errands. Right at Home caregivers work primarily in the client’s place of residence. Travel is required to get to the client’s location. Shift times, days, and activities vary with individual client needs. • A Right at Home staff member will meet the caregiver and introduce the caregiver to the client on the caregiver’s first shift with the client. • Our shifts run a minimum of 4 hours. Shifts can run from the minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of a 12 hours. • With 24 hour care cases, the shifts are either 8 hours or 12 hours based on the needs of the client. • We operate 24/7/365. • We pay time and a half on major holidays and for any overtime hours worked. • Our areas of service are Horry County and coastal Georgetown County.
